I buy spring and winter wheat berries, then grind them to make flour. The berries last and store much better than pre-ground flour. I make all kinds of breads with the berries I grind. (lots of recipes available). With corn meal I make polenta and corn bread. I am sure there are many other uses for corn meal and will look into other recipes when I can. Good luck. PS The art of making bread is much easier learned if you find someone who makes bread often and learn from that person. Rocky
