From this article "Of the first 31 people tested, 10 people tested positive for the virus, he said. The samples from the other 242 passengers and crew are still being tested."

That's kind of more in keeping with the numbers that the video I just posted considered...WAY higher then China saying (who's surprised?!?!).
If it's to be - it's up to me!

Are they testing the full 3700? 10 positive in the first 31 results back is huge.
Those who got it wrong, for whatever reason, may feel defensive and retrench into a position that doesn’t accord with the facts.

Japanese Health Minister Katsunobu Kato said the confirmed cases were among 31 results from 273 people tested so far.

The Hong Kong man believed to be the source boarded the cruise ship in Yokohama, Japan, on 20 January, and disembarked in Hong Kong on 25 January. He was only later found to have tested positive for the virus.

Did one man infect all the others? If so we have the first evidence of a super-spreader.

ps. the report also was worded to play down any panic, by suggesting (but not actually saying) that the 10 were from the nearly 300 tested, and not from the 31 whom results were known for. 10/300 gives a much better feel than 10/31 !

Twitter account from a passenger on the ship, regular posting. In Chinese, but if you click on each tweet you can use the translate option. Also recording the audio announcements, and posting pics of meals and times. Lots of info but again, little is translated.
