Ok so Ecuador on John Hopkins is showing 145 deaths. These countries are NOT reporting so without good tracking this is going to be a s cluster F**K for the whole world!!! |

Interesting, as Ecuador is officially reporting the highest death rate in S.America. So I wonder how bad it really is. Also for other countries eg the rate Ecuador is reporting is about 40 times greater that that reported from Venezuela [no surprise the latter is under reporting!] |

Officially the death count is just above 1,600 (or 93 per million) for the whole country, but earlier on I read estimates of at lest 6.000 deaths in Guayaguil alone. That sort of death rate would put the country amongst the worst hit in the world. |
