I would like recommendations for a comprehensive, easy to follow, first aid book that might help us through a crisis (non flu) where we would ordinarily go to a physician.
I don't need lists of Rxs we can't get to use as treatment. Just basic advise about broken bones, bad cuts, falls, infected wounds, concussion, etc. Thanks. Rocky |
