Well if you look At Dr. Campbell today he says 3 weeks to the first deaths.  So I would think 3 weeks from the time you get it.

Well from whenever you get it fever would indicate you have it but you may have had it for a week and not know it.  So that is a hard one to say.  I am not an expert just a person who watches Dr. Campbell to learn.  Unless you have health problems or are old you do not have to worry...80% do not get but a bad cold.
