I can't believe the girl in Iraq was ill for "15 days" before they seeked help. Can you imagine how many people she infected during that time? Also, how history repeats itself...the 1918 pandemic was helped along with our troops coming back for WWI and now with our troops in Iraq. They won't be able to escape it. |

yeah sum probally already have it cuz this flu iz spreadin quick........... and bush and the world knew bout this 4 along time and he still won't pull the troops out and if they do have he will not let them back n the country..............
he's the biggest terroist their iz like half the world iz sayin.............

according to the latest who post, there is no hth ... and now that people in turkey know that its not a good idea to kiss dead chickens or to play catch with their heads, things should get better.. wish i could beleive that

The news of this was posted on this forum about 7.30 am this morning (Wednesday). It was apparently deleted. Note that other reports were coming in at this time to Yahoo News, and that there was conflicting information: the original report (posted at Acarology, earlier than it states, about 6 or 7 AM) said that the family was not in the chicken business. Also note diferences in names. I have this apparently first report in hard copy to prove the time and to prove that it came from Yahoo News, including a human witness to the differences in reports. I thought it should be said. Decipering how this news machine works is important, especially during an actual pandemic. Truth in reporting, what is it really? http://groups.yahoo.com/group/acarology
