DJ We are in a major crisis-there is a lot of proof of Ivermectin being effective in all stages of Covid19-prevention to severe cases. Still "authorities" look for complex expensive solutions-seem to care more for profit then for lives... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9R7IBAnFLV4 or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9R7IBAnFLV4 ; The National Institutes of Health (NIH) invited the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) to present to this national research agency’s COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel. The Panel, which is the most influential of any such group worldwide, now is taking the time to review the unfolding Ivermectin situation. Of course, such a meeting wouldn’t be possible if it were not for the dedicated, committed and relentless efforts of the physician/researchers’ embrace of a story that we have been chronicling since April. The FLCCC, led by Dr. Pierre Kory and Dr. Paul Marik, along with prominent British researcher, Dr. Andrew Hill, affiliated with the University of Liverpool in the UK, presented their respective meta-analysis findings to date. DJ-What I get is NIH-needs more info on dosages, combination with other drugs/treatments etc...but are willing to take a look at Ivermectin as treatment. If Ivermectin would indeed offer good results-from prevention to severe cases-the picture of this pandemic may change... DJ-Other countries must have their own experiences with Ivermectin-the "picture may not be that clear"...but better treatments (for all stages of Covid19-infections) seem to be on their way...(and might be helpfull against variant-cases that evade vaccinations ??) |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ix8i7dfsCJg or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ix8i7dfsCJg Dr. John Campbell finding out Ivermectin is a cheap medication (no big profit) preventing getting ill from Covid-also helpfull in long-covid. DJ-Big Pharma has a terrible history of profit "at all cost"-AND is ruling the "science"community and with that political actions. If we find out there was a cheap effective treatment-Ivermectin-all the time-but it was not used because of greed-and politics failing to do their job-what kind of response would be fitting ? Who should be send to the https://www.icc-cpi.int/ or https://www.icc-cpi.int/ ? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Criminal_Court or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Criminal_Court; The International Criminal Court (ICC or ICCt)[2] is an intergovernmental organization and international tribunal that sits in The Hague, Netherlands. The ICC is the first and only permanent international court with jurisdiction to prosecute individuals for the international crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression. It is intended to complement existing national judicial systems and it may therefore exercise its jurisdiction only when national courts are unwilling or unable to prosecute criminals. The ICC lacks universal territorial jurisdiction, and may only investigate and prosecute crimes committed within member states, crimes committed by nationals of member states, or crimes in situations referred to the Court by the United Nations Security Council. DJ-This pandemic is man made by not taking action in time to spread the virus. Both countries and international organizations (like the WHO) have a responsibility in this. It is "beyond any reasonable doubt" that already the (in)action by many governments, organizations should be seen as a crime. It is "to simple" to put all the blame on "the Chinese WHO". Big Pharma-behind the scene-did play a major role. Political ideology that put profit above public well being should be considered "criminal". Healthcare should be public and not for profit-for ALL ! Worldwide-if we realy want to stop a pandemic ! |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2ju5v4TAaQ or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2ju5v4TAaQ Dr. John Campbell discussing Ivermectin with "Dr.Dr. Tess Lawrie. Ivermectin works in all stages of Covid19. From preventing infection to preventing death in severe cases...Still WHO is against Ivermectin. Dr.Dr. Tess Lawrie also mentions HCQ-effective in severe cases... From the comments below this video;I find this terrifying. Could I just point out that I listen regularly to Dr Mobeen Sayed daily on YouTube as well as Dr John and Dr Mobeen has covered Ivermectin extensively showing data sets, interviewing Dr Paul Marik, one of the founders of FLCCC, who has championed the use of Ivermectin and everything he says is supported by robust data. Dr Mobeen has just found that 50 of his videos have been de-monetised. This is every video that mentions the word ‘Ivermectin.’ I think Dr John has a wide audience, even MPs are referring to some of his talks and I sincerely hope that they will be listening to this. We do not need to follow the WHO and we certainly should not on this occasion. In the US some relatives of patients have actually obtained court orders for Ivermectin treatment in hospital, all the ones I heard about were successful incidentally but this is not the point. Dr Paul Marik is apparently not even allowed to prescribe Ivermectin in his own hospital. What on earth is going on? It seems as if the WHO is determined to refute the idea of any successful therapeutic for Covid. I do not see how any other conclusion could be drawn from this. I applaud Dr John and Dr Lawrie for this video. I would be most interested to know if either Doctor receives any reprimand from YouTube or anyone else for enlightening us. Unfortunately, occurrences such as this make one lose faith in the medical establishment. I certainly could not go into hospital with Covid and confidently expect the treatment I want. I am at a loss here. I am certainly writing to my MP and others in the government and including information from this talk and covid19criticalcarealliance.com. One feels it may be hopeless but we only need one good person in a position of authority to question either the stance of the WHO or refuse to follow it. We have to be very careful of vested interests as always and there are plenty at work in the WHO and I am afraid the lack of transparency together with its current position on Ivermectin means they should be ignored on this front. They have lost credibility. DJ-(just part of the comment from "F M"...) This pandemic is manmade due to inaction-but also by NOT going for cheap, tested available drugs !!! Still a lot of questions-how can it be that India, Iran etc are seeing so many cases. If Ivermectin is this effective do those countries not use it enough ? Will this video be"gone" soon ? |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19DPijOoVKE or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19DPijOoVKE Dr. John Campbell on Ivermectin-interview with Dr. Pierre Kory-claiming it is effective from prevention to long covid, severe cases...Also discussion on dosages...experiences in a.o. India, Zimbabwe... Their conclusion is Ivermectin may be usefull agains Dengue, Ebola, lots of viral diseases...but Big Pharma is not making profit out of it-and politics does leave dealing with viral disease to Big Pharma...https://www.medincell.com/ivermectin or https://www.medincell.com/ivermectin DJ-If the story on Ivermectin being effective (from several sources) are correct the ONLY reason we have this pandemic is PROFIT for Big Pharma...The main goal for "medical science" seems to be profit... https://www.ucsusa.org/resources or https://www.ucsusa.org/resources Union of Concerned Scientists https://osf.io/wx3zn/ or https://osf.io/wx3zn/ ; the FLCCC recently discovered that ivermectin, an anti-parasitic medicine, has highly potent real-world, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory properties against SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19. This conclusion is based on the increasing numbers of study results reporting effectiveness, not only within vitro and animal models, but also in numerous randomized and observational controlled clinical trials. Repeated, large magnitude improvements in clinical outcomes have now been recorded when ivermectin is used not only as a prophylactic agent but also in mild, moderate, and even severe disease states. The review that follows of the existing evidence for ivermectin relies on “emerging” data in that, although compelling, only a minority of studies have been published in peer-reviewed publications with the majority of results compiled from manuscripts uploaded to medicine pre-print servers or posted on clinicaltrials.gov. DJ-The basic point is who is "in control and why"-do we leave politics to a mix of big companies going for profit via "politicians for rent" or do we manage to get politics working for the public interest ? |

Additionally, it’s still widely discussed in some internet circles for treatment or prevention of COVID-19. DJ Never, ever use medication for pets in humans unless you know what you are doing ! (Worms&Germs blog still holds the view Ivermectin is not effective in humans.) |

https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/indonesia-regulator-allows-ivermectin-use-covid-treatment or https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/indonesia-regulator-allows-ivermectin-use-covid-treatment ; According to Bloomberg, Indonesia’s food and drug regulator, known as BPOM, has issued a letter approving the distribution of Ivermectin, Remdesivir, Favipiravir, Oseltamivir, immunoglobulin, Tocilizumab, Azithromycin and Dexametason to be used in treatment of Covid-19, according to a statement from the agency. The latter, Bloomberg adds, was issued as guidance for distributors of the drugs. - BPOM's head Penny K. Lukito said at a press conference on Monday (June 28) that global data and guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) show that Ivermectin, previously used for deworming, can also be used for Covid-19 treatment. However, while the BOMP said on June 28 that data are still being collected and the results are not conclusive, it appears that two weeks later it has found enough conclusive data to formally approve Ivermectin for covid treatment. Indonesia is scrambling to contain the covid pandemic, having overnight surpassed India’s daily Covid-19 case numbers, and becoming Asia's new virus epicenter as the spread of the highly-contagious delta variant drives up infections in Southeast Asia’s largest economy. The country has seen its daily case count cross 40,000 for three straight days -- including a record high of 54,517 on Wednesday -- up from less than 10,000 a month ago. Officials are concerned that the more transmissible new variant is now spreading outside of the country’s main island, Java, and could exhaust hospital workers and supplies of oxygen and medication. DJ-The Delta variant may push a lot more countries towards Ivermectin (etc). |

DJ-I do not know what to think of this all ; https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/world/fda-approved-ivermectin-for-human-use-in-1996-cdc-claims-to-the-contrary-are-lies or https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/world/fda-approved-ivermectin-for-human-use-in-1996-cdc-claims-to-the-contrary-are-lies ; The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) formally approved the drug Ivermectin for human use in February of 1996. Claims by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) that Ivermectin is only a de-wormer for animals, is a flat-out lie. The lie is being put forth by CDC because people have found out that Ivermectin kills COVID-19, and if a $3 drug kills that disease, then there is no reason to take the dangerous and ineffective Genetic-Therapy masquerading as a COVID-19 "vaccine." If people don't buy the vaccine, then CDC and its employees do NOT earn money on the "vaccine" they helped develop. DJ From wikipedia ; Ivermectin is a medication that is used to treat parasite infestations.[6][7] In humans, this includes head lice, scabies, river blindness (onchocerciasis), strongyloidiasis, trichuriasis, ascariasis, and lymphatic filariasis.[6][8][9][10] In veterinary medicine, it is used to prevent and treat heartworm and acariasis, among other indications.[9] It can be taken by mouth or applied to the skin for external infestations. and COVID-19This section is an excerpt from COVID-19 drug repurposing research § Ivermectin.[edit] In vitro, ivermectin has antiviral effects against several distinct positive-sense single-strand RNA viruses, including SARS-CoV-2.[86] Subsequent studies found that ivermectin could inhibit replication of SARS-CoV-2 in monkey kidney cell culture with an IC50 of 2.2–2.8 μM.[87][88] Based on this information, however, doses much higher than the maximum approved or safely achievable for use in humans would be required for an antiviral effect So to be effective the dosage would be the problem....https://flutrackers.com/forum/search?q=ivermectin&searchJSON=%7B%22keywords%22%3A%22ivermectin%22%7D or https://flutrackers.com/forum/search?q=ivermectin&searchJSON=%7B%22keywords%22%3A%22ivermectin%22%7D I am-by now-confused on Ivermectin-if it would be as effective as some claim it would be used more often ? |

So what amazes me about this is that pharmacists are allowed to ask what a prescription is for. What about personal privacy?????? Surely if it's a prescription it's been written by a doctor and it's none of their bloody business. On the other side of the ditch, here in NZ, no one is allowed to ask you that. The doctors receptionists can't ask you, not even a nurse in the surgery if you are not actually seeing her. A nurse recently lost her job for looking at someone's medical records without permission - she was being nosy and wanted to know what her friend was suffering from, but her friend had refused to tell her so she looked and was fired - and so she should have been. We take our right to confidentiality very seriously here. If my local pharmacist asked me I'd certainly have some fairly strong words to say to him. I was in the UK a few years ago and had to go to a doctors to replace something I had lost and was amazed that the receptionist wanted me to outline my medical history with her. I asked her if she was a doctor, and she said no but...... Needless to say I refused to discuss my personal business with her but I was shocked to then find out this was standard practice over there. i have to ask the question, why are people everywhere giving up their personal freedoms and human rights??? |

CDC alerts clinicians to surge in ivermectin poisoning during pandemic Aug 27, 2021 - 01:53 PM CDC-alert The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention yesterday alerted health care providers and the public to reports of severe illness associated with using products containing ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19. While ivermectin is approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat infections caused by parasites, it is not authorized or approved to prevent or treat COVID-19. Dispensing of ivermectin by retail pharmacies and calls to poison control centers involving the drug have increased sharply during the pandemic, however. In some cases, people have ingested products purchased without a prescription, including topical formulations and veterinary products, CDC said. Clinical effects of ivermectin poisoning can range from gastrointestinal symptoms to hypotension and neurological effects. |

I wouldn't touch these snake-oil medicines (hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin) with a 20 foot pole! Why bother with them? The safety record of the available vaccines, esp. m-RNA flavor, is outstanding!! Of course, we know that there are anti-virals for infections such as influenza (Tamiflu, Relenza) and there is no similar drug for corona-virus yet. However, this is being investigated. University of Minnesota was investigating Losartan, a common blood pressure medication, as an antiviral but I haven't heard any clinical updates in a while. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2021/06/210618134002.htm University of Minnesota Medical School researchers determined that the common blood pressure medication, losartan, is not effective in reducing hospitalization for mildly-ill COVID-19 outpatients. In the multicenter, randomized, double-blinded clinical trial, non-hospitalized patients recently diagnosed with COVID-19 were given either losartan or a placebo and monitored for 15 days. The study's results, which were published in EClinicalMedicine, showed that although losartan does not reduce the likelihood of hospitalization, the medication does not appear to worsen symptoms of COVID-19 or have any significant or harmful side effects on patients with mild COVID-19. The same team has been working on another trial for inpatients to evaluate if losartan prevents lung injury in hospitalized patients with COVID-19 pneumonia. They have completed enrollment and are currently analyzing the data. ......OK, not effective!! Stay away from crap medicine like Ivermectin, unless you are a goat with worms. |

Fig. 3 in the above report is not a cartoon designed to dupe the reader-prisoner. These authors’ reputations are on the line. The science shows ivermectin docking to SARS-CoV-2. It’s interesting to see how Homo sapiens reacts to scientific facts by de-reifying them. Here’a another one that links to Raoult’s and Zelenko’s anti-COVID-19 protocol. Amino acid positions F135 and N137 are not far away from the tyrosine at position 103, where ivermectin also attaches. The reader’s problem will have been not to know about ganglioside mimicry: May 2020 France Synergistic Antiviral Effect of Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin in Combination Against SARS-CoV-2: What Molecular Dynamics Studies of Virus-Host Interactions Reveal https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32405156 ’....Azithromycin is directed against the virus, whereas CLQ-OH is directed against cellular attachment cofactors. We conclude that both drugs act as competitive inhibitors of SARS-CoV-2 attachment to host-cell membranes.’ |

We have already caught the CDC changing mutations on their webpage. As we have shown elsewhere, those mutations not only link to fentanyl potency And the Johnson & Johnson C-19 vaccine, but also to Wuhan Institute of Virology. In medical circles, it’s well known that the difference between a poison and a medicine is the amount, so it’s absurd to see H. sapiens politically mouthing off about the drinking of bleach. Hydroxychloroquine contains one atom of chlorine. |

Why on earth would you want to mess with that stuff, when there are proven and safe vaccines available? My background is viral epidemiology (University of Illinois), I don't know why anyone is even talking about hydroxychloroquine any longer. It was a scientific curiosity that has been studied to death and proven to be ineffective. |

Current research suggests that hydroxychloroquine is not safe or effective for treating patients with COVID-19 (as of October 8, 2020). Early in the pandemic, patients may have received hydroxychloroquine under “Emergency Use Authorization,” but it did not reduce morbidity or mortality. The FDA announced a warning on using hydroxychloroquine on COVID-19 outside of the hospital setting due to the risk of heart rhythm problems (source). Hydroxychloroquine during this pandemic has taught scientists to be more cautious of using drugs as emergency treatments without evidence from trials (source). The best way to learn how to treat COVID-19 is to conduct randomized controlled clinical trials, but many hydroxychloroquine studies have been stopped early due to safety concerns. |

Before vaccines were available, Raoult was using a synergistic combination, azithromycin and hcq. Zelenko then pioneered the trinity, azithromycin, hcq, zinc. |

We can’t subscribe to these proposals if we don’t see Simon Gold’s white paper on hcq (and many others) in comparison to any claims against its efficacy. |

Because you then throw the baby out with the bathwater. Omura first used his discovery, ivermectin, on a nematode that infects mice. That nematode also occurs in the Camas Pocket Gopher, Thomomys, endemic to the Willamette Valley, Oregon, called by the Indians “Valley of Sickness.” The gopher comes into contact with the long-tailed weasel, which then links by default to mink coronavirus and parasites of proven SARS-CoV reservoirs such as civet and raccoon dog. Opisthorchis, links to cholangiocarcinoma in Rousettus, reservoir of Mengla filovirus. Mengla is not far from the Mojiang copper mine. |

For the reservoirs of SARS-CoV, what does the virus think or do when it infects them? Jan 2013 Yokohama, Japan: Sarcoptes / Nyctereutes https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22902260 Selamectin (Pfizer, Ltd.) https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26352967 Ivermectin’s origin is only from the Kawana Golf Course near Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, so suggested viewing is Caddy Shack, the gopher sequence. When the Missoula Floods inundated the Willamette Valley to a depth of 400 feet, they forced gophers out and crayfish moved in. Indeed, SARS-CoV-2 “Patient Zero” was supposedly a Wuhan shrimp seller, which also links Wuhan’ Institute of Virology’s Zheng-Li Shi’s published 2006 study on white spot syndrome of shirmp (WSSV), automatically linking gill-associated virus nidovirus (GAV) in Australian shrimp and crabs. |

badger2, as a non-expert I am trying to understand what you write; https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11774504/ or https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11774504/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_spot_syndrome or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_spot_syndrome Are you describing how-possibly-SARS-2 did move from one animal species to the other ending up in Wuhan (a) shrimp (dealer) ? https://www.nationalgeographic.com/animals/article/covid-vaccine-needs-horseshoe-crab-blood or https://www.nationalgeographic.com/animals/article/covid-vaccine-needs-horseshoe-crab-blood ; Each spring, guided by the full moon, hundreds of thousands of horseshoe crabs clamber onto beaches across the U.S. mid-Atlantic to lay their eggs. For hungry birds, it’s a cornucopia. For drug companies, it’s a crucial resource for making human medicines safe. That’s because these animals’ milky-blue blood provides the only known natural source of limulus amebocyte lysate, a substance that detects a contaminant called endotoxin. If even tiny amounts of endotoxin—a type of bacterial toxin—make their way into vaccines, injectable drugs, or other sterile pharmaceuticals such as artificial knees and hips, the results can be deadly. On Ivermectin ; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivermectin or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivermectin ; Ivermectin is a medication used to treat parasite infestations.[6][7] In humans, these include head lice, scabies, river blindness (onchocerciasis), strongyloidiasis, trichuriasis, ascariasis, and lymphatic filariasis.[6][8][9][10] In veterinary medicine, it is used to prevent and treat heartworm and acariasis, among other indications.[9] It can be taken by mouth or applied to the skin for external infestations.[6][11] It belongs to the avermectin family of medications.[6] It works through many mechanisms of action that result in death of the targeted parasites.[6] Ivermectin was discovered in 1975 and came into medical use in 1981.[12][13] In 2015, William Campbell and Satoshi ÅŒmura won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for its discovery and applications.[14] It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines.[15] Ivermectin is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as an antiparasitic agent.[16] In 2018, it was the 420th most commonly prescribed medication in the United States, with more than one hundred thousand prescriptions.[17] The medication is also being researched as a way to treat or prevent tropical diseases including yellow fever and malaria. Ivermectin is "old" and widely used in humans since 1981....https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivermectin#Mechanism_of_action or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivermectin#Mechanism_of_action ; Mechanism of actionIvermectin and its related drugs act by interfering with nerve and muscle function of helminths and insects.[56] The drug binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels that are common to invertebrate nerve and muscle cells.[57] Ivermectin binding pushes these channels open, increasing the flow of chloride ions and hyper-polarizing the cell membranes.[57][56] This hyperpolarization paralyzes the affected tissue, eventually killing the invertebrate.[57] In mammals, ivermectin cannot cross the blood-brain barrier and so it does not make it to the brain.[57] PharmacokineticsIvermectin can be given by mouth, topically, or via injection. It does not readily cross the blood–brain barrier of mammals due to the presence of P-glycoprotein (the MDR1 gene mutation affects the function of this protein).[58] Crossing may still become significant if ivermectin is given at high doses, in which case brain levels peak 2–5 hours after administration. In contrast to mammals, ivermectin can cross the blood–brain barrier in tortoises, often with fatal consequences. DJ Ivermectin has anti-viral qualities...May-at the right doses-block virus connecting to the cell-if I do get it right... One of the problems may be in finding the right doses...to much of Ivermectin is worse then CoViD, to little may not do a good enough job...? |

Yes, the glutamate-chloride channels mentioned in the previous post. Here is more: Merck (1997) / Streptomyces avermitilis https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29379487 'The experiments presented in this paper predict that high level resistance to ivermectin may be rare because of the presence of several avermectin-sensitive GluCl channel subunits, each of which may need to be mutated to confer resistance. Specific elimination of GluCl transcripts by RNaseH digestion was employed to confirm that other C. elegans genes exist that can encode avermectin sensitive GluCl channels.' The interesting possibility is that Streptomyces evolved to synthesize the avermectins precisely due to viral infection: Streptomyces avermitilis Phage MA-4680 (phiSAV) https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/BA000030.4 'RRYR.' So why does this putative endonuclease VII have the same furin-like sequence as Worobey's coelacanth retrovirus? |
