I didn't know if this has been talked about. I have a friend who asked me if you can take an iron to your mail to kill the virus if it is on the letters? Anybody have any thoughts on it? |

It would work, but just might erase the contents. Much stuff today has heat sensitive paper. I spray mine lightly with dettol (in a can - It is not as wet as the bottles.) and then put them over the fire to dry. I open them, read them and then go wash my hands. If I want to keep the stuff for a record I put it away for a month. If I need to take them and perform some action - reply with specific information, I end up sanitising everything I touch whilst replying. |
