That was the date of the first H7N9 infection in China.
All this has happened in 24 days. What will happen in the next month of May which is still flu season in the Northern hemisphere? And then its the Flu Season in the Southern Hemisphere and Indonesia and Africa are susceptible. In 23 days all this has happened - that tells me this is it. |

The numbers are slight off Kilt buddy, but the message is the same, of which I tend to agree with. The first case was on Feb 11th, but China waited 20 days to report it, which was probably a very costly delay. Latest reports is that there are probably another 90 - 120 cases that have not been reported. The cases are definitely going to continue to rise - and the virus could continue to evolve. This one will be close.
