   Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Dr. David Nabarro Senior UN System Coordinator to Avian and Human Influenza told reporters that he worries every day about human-to-human transmission.  He, also, said if preparation is not done before the crisis, then it is too late.  He stressed that those who say the moment the pandemic starts its too late to get prepared.  And he talked about meeting so many people about getting prepared and they imply that we have months ahead to get prepared.  He tells them, "I say to them it might not be months, it could be that we get human-tohuman transmission tomorrow, so please at as though it is going to start tomorrow, don't keep putting off the difficult issues".
