.
hi... to feel better ask yourself a few questions...
Will I feel better If I am vaccinated?
Do I have an underlying condition? Am I a member of a Native Population?
Asthma pregnant Obese under age 2 cronic heart condition cronic disease no spleen
Remember even if you do have an underlying condition/native member
as above
only a.... very small number.... of those people get severely ill...
so you may now begin to see that people dying are highly publisized... it does sell
News right? and makes a lot of people rich selling stuff to 'combat it' kind of like
the gold rush fever... a lot of money made selling to them.
People should not panic... I'd get some cherry and grape juices or Elderberry and a lot of
tissues and cough drops and a thermometer... drink a lot of warm teas (herbal) and
broth soups. Use warm heat on achy parts and take fever reducer (no asprin)
call the doctor if you are really worried. Tamiflu helps some I hear. We did not have
Tamiflu. We were ill in New York State... for 3 weeks. We are alive and well.
If you have any dizzyness ask the Doc what you can take...some have it some don't.
We took Dramamine and Mucinex for it. We also used steam with 3 drops of tea tree
oil ... do you have a vaporizor? (for steam)
You will feel better if you gather up all your flu remedies ahead of time.
Then you can put your mind to other fun plans.
We can't get Tamiflu in the drugstores here...
not much panic here... pie baking... cider drinking... wood piling...

(H1N1) 2009 monovalent vaccine.
That means... If you had your spleen removed or ar otherwised deemed
immunocompromised by your Doctor... you may have a reduced immune response to the (H1N1) 2009 monovalent vaccine.
(Novartis) So ... discuss with your Doctor ... other ways you can protect yourself. ................................................................................................................
Could Swine Flu Panic Be Worse Than Outbreak Itself? .......................................................................................
TUESDAY, Sept. 22 (HealthDay News) -- With all the warnings and preparations, dire predictions and hastily ordered vaccines, could the growing worry about H1N1 swine flu prove more disruptive than the actual outbreak? That notion is weighing on the minds of more than a few infectious-disease experts as the fall and winter flu season looms. Not only does societal panic not help during a public health situation, such as the current H1N1 flu pandemic, it can actually backfire, creating its own set of problems, the experts said.
