I don't know what concerns me more. The fact that it flew out of San Francisco or that they let passengers disembark in London.

I flew recently, through California airports. I try to wear a mask the whole time. one thing that concerns me in that I think will change in the next two to four weeks with possibly confirmed traveler cases such as this, is that airport personnel, air crews, and screeners could be seen as possible vectors of transmission and us should be wearing masks and other PPE. It would only take for a case or two and the unions will spring into action and demand it. But it isn't just the screrners and other personel it's people like the airplane cleaning crew , food personnel in airports, hospitality and airport transportation, etc.

I got a few strange looks but I also have people commenting to me that I was quote "smart". I should have been wearing my n100 but I stuck with the n95. I brought along a few extra on the plane. If this had happened on my plane I'm sure I would have had a lot of instant friends asking me if I had another.

I don't think I'd like to be flying anywhere any time soon. It's too risky, not just due to the virus, but due to officials deciding to refuse reentry or quarantining you.

Some people on the airplane were coughing and sneezing...got me nervous. Had to remove mask for identity check...only one was wearing mask (surgical). Looks like it's personal choice at this point. I think that's just bad news that it's not mandatory at higher risk airports like SFO at the onset of a declared health emergency. But people do seem to prefer their denial.
