Congo.

Does the very limited medical capacity in "poor countries" get overstretched by Covid19 and other diseases "can escape monitoring"?

Peru https://www.iamat.org/country/peru/risk/plague# or https://www.iamat.org/country/peru/risk/plague# - https://www.iamat.org/country/peru/risk/plague# has been hit hard by Covid19-does this increase the risk for "the plague" there ? Also Madagascar is seen as a high risk area-with limited medical capacity and growing climate issues...

Allthough the plague is treatable medical capacity is often very limited. I think it may be good to increase healthcare/monitoring to limit other diseases. We need to have Ebola and the plague under control ! With the medical capacity allready overstretched in many places we may run increased risks of other illnesses getting a major problem.  We do NOT want an Ebola or Plague pandemic...so stop it now !

We also may have this form in NL showing up yesterday-not yet jumping into humans...

Global healthcare has to be #1 on the list and it is not-still...
