Hope I am not being redundant...but, want to make certain folks are able to stock up on some of the recommended alternatives...  this is what a friend forwarded to me from a site she is on....
 
Selenium a natural element. It does not prevent the flu, but it prevents virus
mutation within the body.

Elderberry Syrup (kept in the fridge, which is very helpful for the flu).
5,000mg of Vit C
Vit E
Zinc
Fresh Garlic crushed, not the pills.
Oil of Oregano  has been tested and proved to be as strong as Vancomycin, which
is one of  strongest antibiotics without mutating them -- the bugs are smart --
it's called resistance.
