   "A SICHUAN Province woman, the country's 10th human case of avian flu, has died, bringing the human fatality toll to seven, the Ministry of Health said yesterday."

Also, the third paragraph from the last talks about a "monthlong quarantine" against a 6 years old boy being lifted. If there is no H2H transmission, why was there a "quarantine"?
