Did you know if you roll your eyes enough, it can trigger vertigo?

Sorry, Queenie,  I took two attempts to wipe out that lunacy.

TWO ATTEMPTS!   One more and I would have had sufficient vertigo to fall over.

Well done 👍

Thanks, Techno!  What silliness!

Witchy, do you know what causes your vertigo?  I have it and I have had it triggered by fluid in my ear caused by allergies/postnatal drip/deviated septum; also muscle tension in my upper back and neck, caused by my oversized front; and also vertigo is frequently a feature of autoimmune conditions, one of which I have.  If either of the first two are the problem, gingko biloba and ginger tea can help.  Of course, the ginger tea encourages my hot flashes too much but YMMV.

I try to avoid any thread started by the original poster (he/she seems to use similar names each time they come) so I don't risk viritgo / or high blood pressure as silly ideas.

Yep, Edwin, that is the commonsense approach.  An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.  If only I wasn't so curious!  (Us Pittsburghers say "nebby").

I wish I could:  I need a saviour to save me from The Saviour.
