Mulberries are getting ripe now. Mulberries contain  resveratrol. So pick your mulberries and can, freeze them...or make jam. Other berries and grapes might have more resveratrol, but don't ignore the little berries if they are growing wild near you.
Picking them  is easy...just spread clean sheets on the ground under the trees and shake the branches. Then gather them into a big box, wash and follow your favorite recipe.
I just froze 2 quarts in small containers today. And I am leaving to pick the last of them.

If you want to see all the other chemicals and their activities in mulberries and other plants, just go to:

go to: Chemicals and activities in a particular plant.
then go to:  Print activities with chemicals.

Yes, i heard too that mullberries contain good amount of resveratrol. But only if you pick it at right time! Me and some of my friends went to a nearby forest in last July. God, we were so lucky to find the fruits exactly at good time :)
Anyway, i heard also that making jar with mullberry could reduce its resveratrol benefits. Maybe the heating process could destroy the compound? Don't really know! I've also googled about resveratrol benefit and find this article quite useful: http://resveratrolhabit.com/resveratrol-benefits/the-benefits-of-resveratrol/

Does anyone else know if there's any other fruit that contain high amount of resveratrol?
