The Russian army launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih, the hometown of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. There were two attacks, the local administration did not announce in which parts of the city the defeats took place.

Military observers tweeted that Tu-95MS strategic (and nuclear) bombers attacked dams and reservoirs in Ukraine with Kh-101 missiles, which have a range of 5,500 km and carry 500 kg of explosive warheads. The deputy head of the presidential administration in Kyiv, Kiril Tymoshenko, announced that a total of 8 rockets were fired at Kryvyi Rih. 

Some missiles hit below the waterline of the dam across the Ingulets river.  The impact severely damaged the dam and the water level in the Ingulets river is now surging

DJ, So not only did Russia destroy another Ukraine power facility, they also used the water as a weapon...

Russia may have something like 80,000 soldiers inside Ukraine...most of the fighting, "Russian" military is in fact "Ukraine-Russians"...

The Charkov-offensive may simply be a high cost empty victory...what did Ukraine gain by taking this land ?

OPEC+ may DEcrease oil production further....

I think the US may be in shock of the outcome of this US made confrontation with Russia...The sanctionswar did not end Putin-in fact "United Russia" did win Russian local elections...Ukraine is unable to get a major-decisive-succes. Even with NATO involved to the edge...

So one option is further escalation-with more modern western fighterjets...flown by western pilots...However Europe may not be willing to go there...

The Oil field at Al-Omar Syria has been blown up and is presently on fire.

This is one of the oil fields from which the United States has been stealing Syrian oil.

It is not yet clear what caused the series of explosions, but initial AND UNVERIFIED reports say it was Russian Air Force missiles.

DJ, no further confirmation...most likely however Russia made clear to the US that if the US want all-out war it can get all out war...

Not much US politicians may be happy with such an escalation...no doubt Russia-Iran-China and allies may be able to give the US "hard times" all over the world...
