DJ, one ot the things now discussed in "secret wars" is replacing zelinsky with zalusny in Ukraine...however "to do what for who" ?

-biden wants to "continue his succesfull presidency" do his sponsors-for now...So "a victory for Ukraine" would be welcome...

-Poland is seeing a civilian uprise; farmers/truckers dealing with "unfair competition" from Ukraine under EU rules...also Poland has to deal with several million Ukrainians seeking safety in Poland...(some of them going up and down into west Ukraine..)

-Poland may have lost thousands of its "volunteers" fighting in Ukraine-given all Poland could give now seeing Ukraine losing the war.

-Poland, Hungary have countrymenliving over the border in Ukraine-now being targeted by Ukraine recruiters to die in an insane war...

-Poland, Hungary, Romania also "have claims" on western Ukraine....

-The EU would "like to see an Ukraine victory" in the (false) hope to restart cheap energy imports from Russia....

-Baltics need security-may no longer trust NATO promisses...

So...maybe "NATO can move east" via Poland, Hungary,  Romania moving east ....(will Moldova be reunited with Romania in that deal ?)

Russia will reclaim the east and south of Ukraine...what then remains of Ukraine "may be even allowed to join the EU" (because Ukraine is totally bankrupt)....

Russia may resume some energy exports to the EU via pipelines in (former) Ukraine... western help did bring success ! NATO moving east, Ukraine joning the EU !

Another question is what use the "israeli" war has for the US/west ? Will it stop BRICS ? Will it increase western control over oil and gas ? Increase western deterrence ?

Some ideas of a "greater israel" include most of the Middle East....In such a scenario NATO-proxy "israel" would regain a function to control the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region...The price would for a large part have to be paid by "israel"...(just like in the NATO war against Russia most of the killed were Ukrainians...).

Western phantasies did not expect Saudi Arabia, UAE, India sticking this much to the BRICS idea...Specially the US had the illusion India would give up its decades old good relations with Russia to become part of an India-Saudi-Israel trade link with the EU....

The Imran Khan coup in Pakistan was supposed to "limit" Pakistan working with China and Russia...however its replacement has no alternatives...Pakistan is the eastern part of the TIP-link Türkiye-Iran-Pakistan...with China investing in (rail)roads to boost China trade with Europe and Africa...

So the western dream of India-Saudi-Israel link (ISI) did not survive confrontation with reality either....The west may even welcome Saudia/UAE talking with Yemen Houthis over a ceasefire in the Red Sea.... impression is the west had a "strategy based on wishfull dreaming" providing "israel" help in october 2023...Again..reality turned out to be completely different;

-the west expected a short military action in Gaza

-Very likely both the west and "israel" knew of the Hamas attack plans for october 7...

-However the "west" was shocked by "israeli" reaction-killing over a thousend Israelis to kill Hamas fighters/terrorists...

-My view; over and over "the west" is making deals with netanyahu...however if netanyahu only breaks those deals so far without any consequences...

-The "card" netanyahu is playing is "the west" may need "israel" is the last western influence in West Asia...(Yes there are over 50,000 US soldiers a.o. in Jordan, Qatar etc. but with "very limited" use...The US goal was to "offer protection against Iran" but now Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and Iran are partners in BRICS...)

-If the US/west stop "help" to "israel" it may lose its bridgehead in West Asia....(because it would mean the end of israel...)

-biden still may need pro-"israel" support/donors for his re-election...During trump his presidency the US was even more "pro-israel"....

So...the west may be stuck...unable to stop israel -hoping it does not last that long...

DJ...if both wars go wrong biden may restart his bla-bla over both the ongoing pandemic and climate collapse...He made both much worse...

NIJMEGEN - It is probably one of the least known disasters in Dutch history, the bombing of Nijmegen on 22 February 1944. Some 800 people were killed and thousands injured. For a long time, it was hardly talked about, partly because the bombs came from American planes. But now, eighty years after the tragedy, there is more attention than ever, including a documentary with eyewitness accounts.

DJ The US bombing of Nijmegen -today 80 years ago- was the worst bombing in NL history... or did see less people killed... or ; The bombing of the Bezuidenhout (Dutchbombardement op het Bezuidenhout) took place on 3 March 1945,[7] when the Royal Air Force mistakenly bombed the Bezuidenhout neighbourhood in the Dutch city of The Hague resulting in the death of 532 citizens.

DJ, february 22-1944 did also see 57 civilians killed in Arnhem by US bombs...Deventer, Enschede also were attacked...

There still is a lot of discussion on why the US bombed that many Dutch cities that day ? If it was a mistake-how could such a big mistake have been made ? Some claims railways were supposed to be part it did also destroy NL railway links with Germany...for a short time...

Allied air raids on the Netherlands killed thousends in World War Two... or  also ,_death_marches,_and_the_bombings_of_Cap_Arcona or,_death_marches,_and_the_bombings_of_Cap_Arcona did kill many concentrationcamp survivors...

(Some of them communists...again-during World War Two the west did also fight a war against communism in occupied Europe...).

!!! The Sunni military of the pro-Saudi regime in Yemen, without orders from their command, opened the main highway connecting the regime’s actual stronghold in Marib with the country’s capital, Sanaa, which is under the control of the Houthis.
Ordinary Yemeni opponents from among the soldiers and officers who had previously fought against the Houthis, after they entered the war for the Palestinians, began en masse to go over to the side of the Houthis and recognize the power of the young President Mahdi Al-Mashat, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Houthis in Yemen.
Palestine has united the Yemenis, who have been killing each other since 2014, waking up from the heat of Saudi propaganda, recognizing the power of the true people's government of Yemen - Ansarallah.

Regional relationships developing in the Middle East are changing in ways that should give us and our friends in Israel serious pause. By April or May they will have a regional alliance and a readiness across the Muslim world to act against Israel and potentially America.

DJ, For "the west" Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt joining BRICS -and now even moving closer to Iran- must be a shock...A basic western/US idea was both Saudi Arabia and India could be "talked/bribed" out of BRICS...that strategy failed...

🇺🇸🇺🇦 A turning point is coming: the United States predicts a “catastrophic” shortage of ammunition in Ukraine as early as March, - ABC.

▪️ABC News interlocutors called “the end of March” a particularly decisive time for the Armed Forces of Ukraine if Congress does not approve a project with funding for Ukraine.

▪️ "The tipping point begins now, and it will gradually worsen through the spring and into the summer. So, this period that we are entering is critical," the Pentagon spokesman said.

▪️US officials also predict a shortage of air defense assets. “What is protected today, they will not be able to protect these facilities in the future if they do not maintain the supply of interceptor missiles,” the US Department of Defense said.

▪️And if Russia gains control of the skies, “it will completely change the nature of this fight,” the official added.

DJ, what I understand of it...extra billions from US tax payers would go to US war industry...there are not much weapons to send...they first have to be produced...

🇲🇩🇷🇺 NO SLEEP TIL TRANSNISTRIA!!! Transnistria plans to join Russia.
 ➡️ Transnistria may appeal to Moscow for entry into Russia as soon as February 28, according to Transnistrian opposition leader Gennady Chorba.
➡️ The leader of the republic, Vadim Krasnoselsky, is initiating the convocation of a congress of deputies at all levels due to "pressure from Moldova."
ℹ️ Throughout the entire history of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR), such congresses have been held only 6 times and have been associated with significant events.

The last time such an event took place was in 2006, and as a result, it was decided to hold a referendum on the possible integration of the republic into Russia. Almost 97% of the residents of Transnistria who voted supported full integration with Russia. At the moment, Transnistria is under strong economic and political pressure from the authorities of Moldova. Chisinau hopes to reintegrate the republic by 2030 at the latest, as stated by the Minister of Defense of Moldova, Anatol Nosaty.

DJ, For Russia Transnistria becoming part of Russia may open the door to the Black Sea Coast/Odesa (or) Odessa. It will bring war close to Moldova/Romania...

At the International Court of Justice China points out that armed resistance against occupation is enshrined in international law and is not terrorism. A point that is rarely if ever heard in our mainstream media.

DJ...annexation is occupation going a step further...both in Palestine and in Ukraine...

DJ...stoltenberg claiming F16's can attack deep inside long as there is a sign on it that the F16 is Ukrainian...Will NATO "rent ships" to Ukraine to attack Vladivostok, St.Petersburg...those ships being "Ukrainian" only during the attack ?

MS mentioned yesterday Russia destroyed another patriot-basis...very likely killing up to 20 "UK volunteers"...With Ukraine running out of soldiers pushing in more and more western soldiers as "volunteer" is pushing us closer to an all out Russia/BRICS - NATO war...

NATO has limited soldiers, did send a large amount of weapons to Ukraine and "israel"...still "western politicians" believe "the west has to win"....The main reason why we are not yet in World War Three (or did die in a nuclear war)  is Russia/BRICS do not want such a war...(for now)...

I align with anyone of ANY party who is anti-war. Period.

DJ, in western dominant propaganda being against war makes you "pro-Putin" and "pro-Hamas/antisemitic"...Western main stream media/almost all politicians claim "these wars are good"...The "west" is defending human rights in Russia (and China, Iran, Syria etc)....while in fact the west is fighting for US$-dominance...control over energy...

Again...the west is isolated...the rest of the world is uniting in is an impossible position for the west...The alternative is NOT surrender but cooperation...Nigeria is -like Egypt- the latest in a long list dumping the US$...

There remains a risk of "the west" acting as a very spoiled child-If we can not have everything we blow up the world....Insanity can kill...

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.

Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte is increasingly likely to become the next secretary general of Nato, now that American president Joe Biden and the British government have backed his appointment.

Both Reuters and Politico say that Biden’s support for Rutte, who has been prime minister for 13 years, has been confirmed.  “President Biden strongly endorses PM Rutte’s candidacy to be the next secretary general of Nato,” a US official told Reuters.

DJ... or Iohannis wants to lead NATO, Romanian diplomats told counterparts in the defense alliance.

Romania notified allies on Thursday that President Klaus Iohannis was considering challenging frontrunner Mark Rutte for the NATO top job.

Iohannis' last-minute move comes as the biggest powers in the 31-strong alliance already declared support for Rutte over the last 24 hours, with the U.S., the U.K., Germany and France all saying they back the outgoing Dutch prime minister as the next leader of NATO.

About 10 countries remain undecided, including some Eastern European nations who share strategic concerns with Russia-skeptic Romania, but they will find it difficult to openly challenge U.S. President Joe Biden's preferred candidate.

NL did have a secretary-general post of NATO twice already;

- or ;

As a young student he positioned himself on the political right, favouring a strong authority for the state and being of the opinion that socialism, because of its idealistic ideology, had fostered the rise of fascism and nazism.[4] Luns joined the National Socialist Movement in the Netherlands (NSB) in 1933 and left three years later but when questioned about it in later years, never admitted that it might have been "a youthful misjudgment".[5]

Luns married Baroness Lia van Heemstra, who was a niece of Baroness Ella van Heemstra, the mother of actress Audrey Hepburn. The Lunses had two children − a son and a daughter.[5]

He remained a practising Catholic throughout his life and was generally sympathetic to the traditionalist Catholic position but never affiliated himself with dissident groups.

DJ...NL supported the US invasion of "we did get a NATO job"...

or did follow US orders to the extreme...promoting war both in Ukraine and Palestine...however "rutte" is very experienced in saying sorry..."not having an active memory" when he is caught lying...

DJ-My view of rutte...he may be responsible for the deaths of thousends in NL... or ...inaction and lies during the CoViD pandemic-still ongoing...Climate change may be "news" for rutte...

No doubt the "perfect candidate" for a warmongering club like NATO....

In just over four months in #Gaza, there have been more #children, more journalists, more medical personnel, and more  staff killed than anywhere in the world during a conflict. It is with profound regret that I must now inform you that  has reached a breaking point, with Israel’s repeated calls to dismantle it and the freezing of funding by donors at a time of unprecedented humanitarian needs in Gaza. Read my letter to the President of the UN General Assembly  👇

DJ, rutte was one of the first to stop UNRWA funding...while NL was sending spare parts of F35's to "israel" ...rutte visited "his friend" netanyahu several times since october...

So...with the election of a new "NATO leader" one could claim NATO is making clear its position in the world...rutte did end some speeches on Ukraine with the (fascist-bandera-rutte may not know it) salute "slava Ukraini"... or ;

In the 1930s, it became widespread as a slogan of the far-right Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN),[3] as well as Ukrainian diaspora groups and refugee communities in the West during the Cold War. In the Soviet Union, the phrase was forbidden and discredited by Soviet and later Russian authorities.

DJ or and or ...Germany gave up;

Germany, Germany above all
Above all in the world
When it always, for protection and defence
Brotherly stands together.
From the Meuse to the Neman
From the Adige to the Little Belt,

Somehow "the west" is blind for Ukraine nationalism becoming fascism....Like the west ignoring zionism becoming criminal...

One can defend "limited nationalism" but never can defend genocide !

A look at the alternative for "rutte" as secretary general of NATO;

or ;

Klaus Werner Iohannis (Romanian: [ˈ joˈhanis]German: [ˈklaʊs joˈhanɪs]; also spelled Johannis; born 13 June 1959), sometimes referred to by his initials KWI in the Romanian press,[2][3] is a Romanian politician, physicist, and former physics teacher who has been serving as the president of Romania since 2014. He became the president of the National Liberal Party (PNL) in 2014, after previously serving as the leader of the Democratic Forum of Germans in Romania (FDGR/DFDR) between 2002 and 2013. Prior to entering national politics, he was a physics teacher at the Samuel von Brukenthal National College in his native Sibiu.

He was first elected the mayor of the Romanian town of Sibiu, Transylvania in 2000, on behalf of the Democratic Forum of Germans in Romania (FDGR/DFDR). Although the German (more specifically Transylvanian Saxon) population of the once predominantly German/Transylvanian Saxon-speaking town of Sibiu had declined to a tiny minority by the early 2000s, he won a surprise victory and was re-elected by landslides in 20042008, and 2012. He is credited with turning his home town into one of Romania's most popular tourist destinations, Sibiu subsequently obtaining the title of European Capital of Culture in 2007 alongside Luxembourg City, the capital of Luxembourg.

In October 2009, four of the five political groups in the Parliament, excluding the Democratic Liberal Party (PDL) of then President Traian Băsescu, proposed him as a candidate for the office of Prime Minister of Romania; however, Băsescu refused to nominate him despite the Parliament's adoption of a declaration supporting his candidacy.[4] He was again the candidate for Prime Minister of the PNL and the Social Democratic Party (PSD) in the elections in the same year.[5] In February 2013, He became a member of the National Liberal Party (PNL), accepting an invitation from then liberal leader Crin Antonescu, and was immediately elected the party's first vice-president, eventually becoming the PNL president during the following year.

Ideologically a conservative,[6][7][8][9] he is the first Romanian president belonging to an ethnic minority, as he is a Transylvanian Saxon, part of Romania's German minority, which settled in Transylvania beginning in the 12th century (as part of the Ostsiedlung process which took place during the High Middle Ages).[10] He was initially elected in 2014 and then subsequently re-elected by a landslide in 2019.

His late presidency (i.e. his second term) has been marked by democratic backsliding[11] as well as a slight shift towards illiberalism[12] and a more authoritarian[13] style of government, especially after the 2021 political crisis and the formation of the National Coalition for Romania (CNR).[14] It has faced allegations of suppression of freedom of speech and also suppression of press freedom.[15][16] Furthermore, his approval ratings have been drastically decreasing since April 2021 onwards as his electorate's trust in him declined tremendously based on his negative political behaviour, favouring the PSD and betraying both his voters as well as his former political allies (albeit several of them being solely conjunctural in the past) in the process (as well as making a long series of political errors). In 2023, The Economist ranked Romania the last country in the European Union (EU) in the world terms of democracy,[17][18] even behind Viktor Orbán's Hungary.[19][20][21][22][23] Moreover, as of 2022, Romania ranks 61st globally according to The Economist Democracy Index (on par with Montenegro), 5 positions behind Hungary and still lagging behind Botswana since at least 2021 onwards.[24][a] A survey from June 2023 shows that over 90% of Romanians do not trust Iohannis, with only 8% having a positive opinion on him.[26]

Various polls and political commentators have ranked Iohannis as the worst president of Romania since the 1989 Romanian Revolution.[27][28][29][30]

DJ...interesting...both NL and Romania want to get rid of a politician they grew tired of....

Just Keep Bringing Awareness To The Depravity Of The Empire In As Many Ways As Possible At this point in history the most effective way for westerners to fight the empire and build support for revolutionary change is to undermine public support for western status quo systems and institutions.

One does this by using every means at their disposal to help people see that the power structures which rule over us don’t serve our interests, and that they are in fact profoundly evil and destructive.

 It takes a flash of insight for a westerner to be able to really see the perniciousness of the US-centralized empire in all its blood-soaked glory.

This is because westerners spend their entire lives marinating in empire propaganda from childhood, which has normalized and manufactured their consent for the murderous, exploitative and oppressive power structure we live under.

The current status quo is all they’ve ever known, and the idea that something better might be possible is alien to them.

Nothing you do on this front is wasted effort. All positive changes in human behavior at any level are always preceded by an expansion of awareness, so anything you can do to help bring awareness to the reality of our situation is energy well spent. Any effort you make to shove human consciousness toward the light of truth in even the tiniest way has a beneficial effect on our species.

Doctors Without Borders says children as young as 5 in Gaza have told them they want to die

DJ...NATO was and is a force of evil...a continuation of "white men supremacy and racism"....colonialism/slavetrade, nazism and NATO are linked "in blood" to support western dominance the last 500 years....

"Why do the hate us ?" may be a good question ! However a lot of people do not want to know the answer...

Since "war" is about winning or losing;

The winners;

-MIC; military industrial complex + some criminal banksters...Mainly in the west...From Rheinmetal-Germany to Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon, etc in the US...In most non western countries "strategic industries" are under state supervision or are owned by the weapons, big pharma in most of the world can NOT go for "big profits"...

NATO may be exceptional in that aspect...

-Hamas, Houthis, Hezbollah...Yes NATO-proxy "israel" may have killed thousends of Hamas fighters...with that killed tens-of-thousends members for Hamas must be much larger that NATO is able to kill...

The Houthis now are seen as hero's not only in all of Yemen but in almost all of the Arab even get help from the Saudi's that did fight them for years...NATO "did attack" Houthi positions with missiles..each attack must cost NATO tens of millions...but it is NOT stopping the Houthis in stopping western shipping via the Red Sea...

-BRICS+ may be able to see a lot of new members in the Kazan/Ruusia october BRICS+ meeting...With Egypt, Nigeria de-dollar-izing NOW a main aspect of BRICS; trade in your own local/regional currency is already becoming a trend in most of the world...The "west" can not escape from it...Not all EU countries use the Euro/€ ...even they may decide to use their own currency for trade...

-Russian weapon his latest video MS had a US Abrams tank destroyed in Ukraine..."the best western weapons" (again) failing in Ukraine when confronted with "the best" Russian weapons...Part of that story is western weapons were NOT made for use in Ukraine...both the distance, mud/snow, winter show to break a lot of western weapons...In Iraq, Libya, Syria hot, dry weather and sand/dust also proved to "kill" western weapons...but the western enemies then were not as organized...

-You and western citizen...not only is our tax money wasted in criminal wars...most political parties show themselves to be a "bunch of insane war mongers"!!!

I am a pacifist...we once had a pacifist party...Here in NL some of the "left" parties still may be a bit more skeptical...but so far we did not see massive protests against the NATO war in Ukraine (Lavrov-Russia FM- did warn on februari 1 -2008; Russia will see Ukraine and Georgia joining NATO as a provocation...). There have been some protests against the genocide on Palestinians...

In general however in most of the west most political parties support the ongoing wars...including sending billions in money and weapons to Ukraine, "israel"...a Red Sea NATO mission...

-Both Ukraine and "israel" are losers...their countries are destroyed..."over"...importing foreign workers/fighters does cost a lot of extra money but only delays talks...Palestinians are being killed by the thousends...they deserved better...

Humanity has lost...I hoped never to see a repeat of Worl War Two like crimes in my life...But the "equalization" of press/politics all going pro-war undermined my trust in democracy...Is everything for sale ? How far will it go ?

I hope NOT to see nuclear war...however we have NEVER been this close to nuclear war before...

I did lose my trust in reason, ratio...people (also those in power) doing rational things...Not going for mass destruction. denial of genocide, pandemic, climate collapse...

I am not religious but making money a "god" is not my idea of civilization...

What is next;

Ukraine is breaking down...only to see more western soldiers fighting in it as "volunteer"...A Russian AWACS was shot down east of Ukraine...unclear if that still may be sold as an Ukraine attack...NATO is getting more and more involved...

Over a thousand "Polish volunteers" were killed in Ukraine...hundreds of US, UK, Georgia, France "volunteers". Often they were "active duty" before moving to Ukraine...may still get paid by the west...Lots of modern western weapons are used in Ukraine-with Ukraine simply not having the military able to fully deal with high-tech western weapons...So who is in control of Himars, drones, etc ? "Western instructors and advisors"????

Western satellites and drones gather info for battlefield use...The US most likely blew up Nord Stream...Russia is still willing to "contain" the fighting to Ukraine...That ends when western fighter jets use bases in Poland, Romania etc. to attack Russian positions in Ukraine...

-"israel" may plan to continue "its actions" in Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon...Very likely "israel" did see hundreds of its soldiers in the worst war since 1948...So far "the region" did not get involved full scale...NATO is protecting its proxy...

However Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE -all in BRICS- will be in talks with both the region and Russia, China on "scenario's"...

Both in Ukraine, Palestine but also a.o. China/Taiwan and Korea time is on the side of BRICS....the "west/NATO" is wasting its resources in insane wars...

So if the west is destroying itself BRICS+ has a choice to "sit and wait" ...make trade not war outside most of the west...Even if that means lots of people getting killed...

The alternative may be much worse....On a daily basis between 1,000 and 2,000 people die in Ukraine and Palestine...all out open war may see millions killed per day...

Very likely since the end of World War Two we never did see a day without someone dying somewhere because of military action..."War" may be very unwelcome...the "best" option "we" may have is trying to limit wars the most we can...

Is "war in human nature" ? Maybe it is...humans are far from perfect...There is enough proof chimpanzees have "wars" group fighting another group of chimpanzees...

"Following orders" ( or ) may be part of a dark side of humans...Bloodthirst...a "kick from killing" . A.o. or (Lawrence of Arabia) admitted to "get a kick" out of killing... or (does not mention the kick)

or ;

Do some soldiers enjoy killing? If so, why? This question is thrust upon us by the recently released video of U.S. Apache helicopter pilots shooting a Reuters cameraman and his driver in Baghdad in 2007. Mistaking the camera of the Reuters reporter for a weapon, the pilots machine-gunned the reporter and driver and other nearby people.

The most chilling aspect of the video, which was made public by Wikileaks, is the chatter between two pilots, whose names have not been released. As Elizabeth Bumiller of The New York Times put it, the soldiers "revel in their kill." "Look at those dead bastards," one pilot says. "Nice," the other replies.

DJ...stress and power may "mix"...Some veterans get nightmares PTSD etc. others only develop mental issues at old age...or never...

I never killed someone-hope I never will see a situation that desperate...

A third aspect why "soldiers fight and kill" is group pressure..."brotherhood"....protecting "your" group against outside risks...(sometimes the outside risk may be the commander of the group...).

DJ-If we want to avoid war we have to understand "war" better...From making profits to the psychiology of fighters willing to kill...

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.

The Russians Captured Sieverne And Lastochkyne | F16 To Be. Military Summary And Analysis 2024.02.24

DJ...april may see F16's in action over Ukraine, MS wondering who did bring down another A-50 Russian AWACS...Russia claimed-again- "friendly fire"...Ukraine claimed a S-200 did shoot down the A-50 in SW Russia...The A-50 (russia has a limited number of them) can be used to detect/follow F16's...

Legal experts green light Russian asset seizure. Medvedev, F16 warning

DJ, To 'celebrate" two years of succesfull western provocations resulting in the Ukraine war EU-UK-US;

-sanction companies from India, Türkiye, China that do bussiness with Russia...DJ-outcome will be the west even more isolated...

-steal Russian assets in western institutions, DJ Russia and allies may "take over/freeze" western assets...again-it is making the position of the west weaker in the international trade system...

-very likely find ways to send more (military/financial) aid to Ukraine...

Even if the west puts together 500 billion in "aid" it may only prolong the war...not bring other results...

Weeb Union latest has two US Abrams tanks lossed..

We may move to a "worst case scenario"; NATO putting in lots of weapons (V-STOL aircraft Vertical-Short Take Off and Landing) because the F16 -in a normal version- needs long runways...Lots of "western volunteers" using western weapons "to stop Russian agression"  and "defend human rights/navalny etc..."...

Ignoring most of the world think the main reason for the war in Ukraine is NATO moving east...ignoring over and over made warnings from Russia they can not accept NATO that close to Russian border...

The "west" did invest trillions in the Ukraine war since 2014....Ukraine has a lot of natural resources the west want to control..."Winning" the Ukraine war will open up Russia for the west and break up BRICS...

From that perspective "the west" can not give up "supporting Ukraine"....

However in the US republicans still rather fight China....

Gravitas | UK's nuclear missile test flops | Iran unveils stealth warships | WION

The British Royal Navy has become a royal laughing stock. For the second time in a row, it has failed to successfully test-fire the Trident II nuclear missiles. These missiles are supposed to guard the UK should an enemy attack the country, but the British Navy does not seem to be able to figure out how to fire the missiles from its nuclear submarines.

DJ, for the second time the UK was unable to launch a missile from a submarine...the last succesfull launch goes back to 2012...In 2016 a test-missile-after launch-went towards the US instead of the south Atlantic...this time the second stage failed-so the missile almost hit the submarine where it came from...

The UK "did steal" an Australian submarine order for submarines from France last year in an AUKUS "deal"...

Iran presented two heavy armed high speed stealth warships...Iran may send those towards the Red a coalition with Yemen ?

To many leaders are "blind"...most of the public not interested...The "energy-weapon" BRICS has is most effective in winter...spring is around the corner...

Unless there are coups in Ukraine, "israel" the west has decided to keep the wars -to stop BRICS- going and even seek escalation...even if that will destroy the west...

Pentagon Admits Ukraine Aid Unsustainable + Why Neutrality is Ukraine's Only (Good) Option

Feb 25, 2024

Update on the conflict in Ukraine for February 25, 2024...

- Russian forces have cleared Avdeevka, taking over a thousand Ukrainian soldiers prisoner, illustrating the disorganized nature of Ukraine’s withdrawal;

- The US Department of Defense admits essential supporting elements for sustaining US weapon systems transferred to Ukraine were never provided, thus inhibiting the effective use of US arms by Ukrainians;

- A fighting force makes up a small percentage of an overall military service because of the large amount of support infantry require on the modern battlefield. Without these supporting elements, a fighting force cannot sustain combat especially against a better supported force;

- US military equipment is especially complex to sustain and maintain on the battlefield, a fact illustrated by US purchases of Russian helicopters for Afghan forces because US helicopters were too difficult to fly, maintain, and sustain;

- The end game for Ukraine is particularly bleak considering the attritional nature of the conflict, Russia’s ability to outproduce Ukraine and its allies, and the unrealistic objectives Ukraine and its Western sponsors are attempting to achieve;

- Attempts to focus on Russian military shortcomings while ignoring Ukrainian military shortcomings produces a fatally flawed perception of the conflict disallowing both the means and objectives of the fighting to be realistically evaluated;

DJ, The US/NATO repeating the mistakes made in Afghanistan now in Ukraine...In fact "politicians" making military decissions they do not seem to understand..

A modern -western- army is an "integrated" one...Not only do military need to know their own job/weapons...they also need to know what other military can offer...The goal/best use of each weapon in what kind of conflict...

DJ-"western leaders" think they can "push" a load of weapons into a country and "the weapons will win the war"...pretty insane !

-Ukraine military were in fact untrained to use the western weapons..

-So they at best only used a very tiny fragment of what those weapons can do...

-Without maintenance nearby those complex weapons most of the time are on transport for/from repairs...

-Those repairs are done in the weapon had to make a 2,000 km trip...

-Lots of weastern weapons do NOT survive transport or stay behind on a frontline...

-On top of that some western weapons afe high priority targets for Russia...any sane Ukrainian stays away from it...because Russia will do all it can to destroy such weapon..

So...the same ingredients result in the same "meal"...only the place changed...Ukraine may have better roads than Afghanistan...distance/weather/duration all work against the "western aid"...

Robotyne Has Fallen | Chaotic Retreat Of The Ukrainian Army. Military Summary 2024.02.24

DJ, Ukraine now is ready to recieve F16' has underground bunkers to hide them...may have enlarged some runways...

What I make of it;

-Ukraine now would have 12 Ukraine pilots for the F16's...Those pilots may be used to train other Ukraine pilots...

-However it takes years to become a trained F16 pilot...

-The now supposed to be ready Ukraine pilots first had to learn English...

-The "west" may have provided "quite a lot" of F16's

-There is a training base for Ukraine pilots in Romania

-The number of F16's may make some difference...a higher number will bring more changes...

DJ-My view; Some in the west want to "keep the Ukraine war going at ALL costs"....This may include western military -as volunteer- in Ukraine..

The west may be willing to create/print "billions (trillions ???)  of extra money to also "buy military experience" (a.o. Colombian mercenaries killed in Ukraine).

DJ-My view is the Ukraine war is part of a much larger conflict. In fact it may be NATO against BRICS...I do not see that view with the Duran, Judge Napolitano etc. They seem to think the "West Asia conflicts" and Ukraine are separate...

Maybe in short; Brazil-Russia-India-China-South Africa make the basic 5 BRICS members...Since 1-1-2024 Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Ethiopia joined the BRICS...(some now name that BRICS+)..Oktober BRICS+ will meet in Kazan/Russia to see what other nations can join and how...

DJ; BRICS enlargement may be "a bit of a problem" because there are dozens of countries waiting to join BRICS....

A country does NOT need to be a BRICS+ member to do trade with BRICS+...A basic BRICS+ point is trade in own/local currencies...A.o. Nigeria may dump the US$ for a lot of its trade...

BRICS+ could "focus" on some items;

-Energy could bring Algeria, Nigeria, Venezuela, Kazachstan, Iraq, Indonesia closer to BRICS+

-Strategic (trade) position may bring Nicaragua (alternative for the Panama-canal), Cuba, Thailand, Vietnam...

-Development may focus on Africa and/or Latin America...Kenya, Tanzania, Bolivia...

DJ...No doubt present BRICS+ members will have a lot of people working on how to "deal" with the future of BRICS...

part 2,

DJ...maybe some more ideas on BRICS+...

-Serbia could join BRICS+ could be meant to "break open" SE Europe...

-Most Latin America leaders did join Lula da Silva-president of Brazil condemning the genocide in Palestine...The "West Asia crisis" may organize a lot of countries against "the west"...A lot of Arab leaders (in part under pressure by their population) now welcome support for the to block support for "israel" via the Red Sea...even with a lot of NATO air strikes...

DJ, Yemen is one of the most poor countries in the world...Each larger western airstrike may cost (western tax payers) over 100 million US$...A cruise missile is 4 million US$...Houthis also shot down an "UAV" - US Unmanned Aerial Vehicle-drone costing over 32 million US$...

Again non-western shipping has no problem crossing the Red Sea...Western shipping making clear they would not even get near "israel" may also be able to cross (however western politics do not want western shipping companies making that kind of statements; "Freedom of navigation...Yemen does not need to know what destinations western ships have"...

There still is an overland-link from the Indian Ocean to Israel via Saudi Arabia/Jordan..."israel" may get some supplies...however at such high costs one may wonder if that landroute is a help or a weapon (for/against NATO-proxy 'israel")...

or The Duran;

ICJ ruling ignored. Biden White House isolated

DJ, The International Court of Justice (like the ICC in The Hague/Den Haag-NL) is part of the UN...

NATO-proxy "israel" keeps ignoring the rules given by the ICJ to "limit risks for genocide"....."israel" had some time to change its policies...after that the ICJ could transfer the (South African) case (against "israel") to the UN-SC...Security Council ...

The US did veto a call for a ceasefire...again...UK abstained the other 13 members of the UNSC voted for a cease fire...If the US -again- would veto a call for a -serious- cease fire in Gaza -after the ICJ case ended up in the UNSC- the "general assembly" may have a vote...

DJ...and then again we may end up with a NATO-west against BRICS+/rest confrontation...

Like in Ukraine "western leaders" use a lot of words...while their actions speak a different language...

AM-in The Duran-mentioned "israel" did NOT yet attack Rafah or Lebanon...very likely for military reasons...(NOT political ones..the "israel" politicians want both attack Rafah/Hamas and Lebanon/Hezbollah)..

DJ...My view; "zionist extremists" want a "greater israel" including most of West Asia...The "NATO-west" want to stop BRICS+...does "NATO welcome a greater israel in West Asia"?  It could undermine BRICS+...

Another "idea" could be to "connect" the Ukraine War with a West Asia war...Ukraine did ask Georgia to open a southern front against far Georgia said no...It did fight Russia in 2008 and suffer heavy losses (South Ossetia now part of Russia ? or

Türkiye-under Erdogan-may NOT welcome such a the US may go for "regime change" in T"urkiye...

When you look at a map one can see three major conflicts on the Europe-Asia border. Those conflicts started in 2014 or just before that;

-1 Ukraine

-2 West Asia; Syria now also in Palestine

-3 Yemen/Red Sea

BRICS+ involvement;

Russia is involved in both Ukraine and Syria trying to stop western backed genocidal terrorists (nazi's, IS...IS fighters once were also spotted in southern Ukraine..)

Iran has been target of "the US/west" since the 1979 revolution ending the sjah-dictatorship...(replacing it with an "Islamic-one"???) -Iran dominant in West Asia

Saudi Arabia and UAE did fight the Yemen Houthis since 2014...since the Chinese made peace between Saudi Arabia and Iran not only did "the Arab world" welcome back also Saudi/UAE may become "friends" with the Houthis...

Of course Egypt and Ethiopia have Red Sea links-just like the Saudi's...

-The US goal is "the US as #1" "uni-polar" world...The US incontrol of the globe...US$ as the ONLY global trade currency (not only for energy but most international trade)...

Without the US$ -basis for US debt- the US can not be a superpower...It outsourced a lot of its industry in "globalization" to low-income countries..."Made in the USA" often means assembly in the USA...(at best)...Even US weapons may be "made in China"....(Microchips may come from Taiwan, South Korea)

DJ...another aspect seems to be "EU members gave up having their own foreign policy"....Being Dutch I find that part totally UNaceptable !!!

DJ, I did see an Israeli citizen protesting in Tel Aviv...he once admired Israel knesset members...the present "politicians" are disasters...I share that feeling...

Again...once I was "moderate left wing" but also NL politics have gone that bizarre I find myself "radical pro-peace"....isolated...Maybe linked to this feeling

or ...The "NL health minister" claimed "he only was health minister between other jobs"...Do "politicians" even understand what job they do ?

Representing voters is a very serious responsibility...present "politicians" only represent themselves...outsource most of their jobs to "others" so lobby-groups-going for company profits- manage to make the law...

Wich bring me back to the start of part 1-today...The "west" going for "to complex models"  that do not do the job they are supposed to do...

I am "old"...once a phone simply was a phone...An alternative was writing a letter...Communication may have been simple but it did what it had to do...

Today A.I. may result in that you do not have an idea on "who/what is on the other side" in communication...Humans "outsourcing themselves" in a manner one may ask why there still are humans...

A bit the story of tourists making photo's all the time so later they can see what they should be seeing at the time they were there...

"What are we fighting for"...even destroying the globe..."a right for international travel" to sit in an all inclusive hotel a few thousend kilometer from home while you do not know your own area ? Is the "goal of live" the newst smart phone/car/ whatever ? Do we have any idea of "what we want from live and why"????

Or are we "naked apes" trying to impress other "apes" -to stay the Alpha #1 ? Have we gone crazy ???

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.

On Sunday The New York Times published an explosive and very belated full admission that US intelligence has not only been instrumental in Ukraine wartime decision-making, but has established and financed high tech command-and-control spy centers, and was doing so long prior to the Feb. 24 Russian invasion of two years ago.

Among the biggest revelations is that the program was established a decade ago and spans three different American presidents. The Times says the CIA program to modernize Ukraine's intelligence services has "transformed" the former Soviet state and its capabilities into "Washington’s most important intelligence partners against the Kremlin today."

This has included the agency having secretly trained and equipped Ukrainian intelligence officers spanning back to just after the 2014 Maidan coup events, as well constructing a network of 12 secret bases along the Russian borderwork which began eight years ago. These intelligence bases, from which Russian commanders' communications can be swept up and Russian spy satellites monitored, are being used launch and track cross-border drone and missile attacks on Russian territory

DJ, The US would not accept a Russian network of bases in Mexico-with "activities" inside the US...Somehow for the US itself doing something like this inside Russia for "the west" was and is OK..."not a provocation"...Mass murder on ethnic Russians in Ukraine-killing thousends of them by "extreme nationalists" ..."no problem"....

Even in recent days HIMARS was used against civilian targets in Donetsk-to kill Russian civilians out of hate....

or Hindustan Times/India;

'Gaza Situation Bad, Don't Attack Hamas...': USA Warns Israel

United States' Biden Administration has warned Israel against attacks on Hamas-run police force in besieged Gaza city, saying the security situation in the war-torn Palestinian territory is deteriorating due to attacks by armed gangs on aid trucks and that the policemen guarding the aid convoys should be spared, Axios reported.

DJ, In Paris-France the US and Israel talked with Qatar about a "pause" and exchange of prisoners...No doubt US is feeling growing international pressure to stop its "israel" puppet in its crimes...

DJ-The "BIG" picture-my view is NATO-BRICS+ conflict;

-BRICS+ has 6 members in (Eur)Asia...Russia-India-China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE...lots of potential members in Asia (Kazachstan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia a.o.) so "to stop BRICS+" the US-led "west" has to push for wars and chaos in all of Asia...

-The (Kashmir) borderregion Pakistan-India-China may be "high risk"

-Baluchistan -Iran/Pakistan/Afghanistan also did see "western support" for "moderate murderers"

-Of course breaking up larger countries into smaller ones may be "the plan" for most Asian countries...

The "west" did kill tens-of-millions of Muslims but "is protecting"Uyghur Chinese Muslims"...realy ?

The or is a "it can be broken up"...Also or can be broken up...In history China often was not one country...The same goes for India, Iran even one could claim for Saudi Arabia...

-A US/western goal may to disrupt ALL trade not made in US$....US "rules based order" already is used to hinder Iran tankers, hinder supplies getting into Syria...The west did "freeze" money/gold in western banks a.o. from Venezuela, even thinking to use the billions of Russia to "fund" Ukraine...

What "the west" is missing;

-By its attacks on BRICS it is not only destroying BRICS but also the world...For now western attacks only resulted in BRICS getting stronger...however the "west" can do a lot of "dirty work" to provoke wars in Asia, Africa, Latin America...

-In the past most dictators in the world were supported by the west...Working in the interest of a neo-colonial west. Western mining able to get energy, gold etc. at very low prices from those countries...keeping those countries poor and the 0,1% global elite rich...

-"To show strength" the "west" may invade smaller countries/regions (Like the US invasion of Grenada, Panama etc)

The basic problem remains uni-polar confrontation politics...The "US has the duty to rule the world" because it is "exceptional" ..."the best country ever"...a pseudo religious fanatism - somehow "European leaders" not only follow but even support...even when it is bad for Europe...

DJ-I doubt biden is "the main problem"....trump may try to make a deal with Russia only to start conflicts with Iran and bolsenaro in Brasil...

BRICS+ may try to find openings in "the west"...Serbia, Belarus joining BRICS+ maybe could change the picture...

DJ, MS warning for "Polish-Ukraine tensions"...Polish farmers attacking trains with Ukraine grain/busses with Ukrainians...Ukraine forces move into Poland..."So Poland is attacked by Ukraine...NATO has to move in"....

DJ-In a lot of western countries public support for wars is "western leaders" face increasing public pressure...Russia is now in a major offensive...with a power struggle in Kiev....So "NATO has to act soon" within a few months...or both public support and the war in Ukraine are "over"...

Maybe as a reminder; World War One ended when the German homefront no longer supported the war...The military (both German and western) had "no problem" with more war...The bloodbath could have continued for even a few more years...without ANY purpose...

February registered a 50% reduction of humanitarian aid entering #Gaza compared to January.

Aid was supposed to increase not decrease to address the huge needs of 2 million Palestinians in desperate living conditions.

Among the obstacles: lack of political will, regular closing of the crossing points & lack of security due to military operations + collapse of civil order.

Cease fire + lifting the siege to allow meaningful lifesaving aid + commercial supplies are long overdue.

🚨BREAKING: STARVED TO DEATH. 17-year-old Ilham Joha, who has cerebral palsy, died today in Gaza due to lack of necessary food and medicine as starvation worsens in the northern Gaza Strip.

A 25-yr old sets himself on fire in protest of the massacres in Gaza and to support Palestinians at a time of genocide and the Press presents it as a mere suicide, forgetting to mention Gaza, Palestinians, Israel. Goebbels would be proud of the Western Press and Orwell horrified

Today, is the deadline for Israel’s report on „all measures taken to give effect“ to the ’s provisional measures (PM) order in the case concerning the Application of the Genocide Convention (GC) in the Gaza Strip (#SoutAfrica v. #Israel).

At first sight, Israel does not seem to have complied with at least one of the four PMs indicated

- Prevent commission of acts within the scope of Article II GC, including by its military ❓

- Prevent and punish public incitement to commit genocide ❓

- Enable provision of basic services and humanitarian assistance ❌

- Destruction and preservation of evidence ❓

One should not expect much from the  in response though. This is the third case in which the Court ordered the submission of a report on PMs. Myanmar has been regularly reporting since May 2020 without the Court taking any formal steps in response to the reports. Any decision on compliance with the PM order is usually reserved for the decision on the merits, which may be years off.

In the present case, considering the humanitarian catastrophe, the Court should act immediately.

The last time food was delivered into Northern Gaza was Jan 23. Read that again. Israel is starving Gaza.

DJ, as always good info from or Judge Napolitano;

Alastair Crooke: Can US Cap Middle East Violence?

My view; If the west/US keeps sending weapons to their "israel-proxy" even when they know "israel" ;

-is now starving Palestinians by the dozens per day in Gaza

-zionist-fascists (they even call themself fascist...)  push for a "greater israel"

-the supplies send by the west will be used for mass murder

That west itself is "partner in crime" ; partner in genocide...

NATO since 1991 killed millions of Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Yugoslavia...."israel" only continuing a western genocide on Islam...

Alastair Crooke also mentioned "israeli" plans to close of the Al Aqsa-Mosque during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan is like closing the Vatican at Easter...DJ-It is a provocation...zionist extremists do NOT want any kind of peace...These extremist (ben gvir etc.)  are destroying "israel" out of hatred...And the "west" is helping that as "self defense"...

Rest in peace, Aaron Bushnell. Rest. In. Peace.

Aaron Bushnell Burned Himself Alive To Make You Turn Your Eyes To Gaza I watched the uncensored video of US airman Aaron Bushnell self-immolating in front of the Israeli embassy in Washington while screaming “Free Palestine”.

I hesitated to watch it because I knew once I put it into my mind it’s there for the rest of my life, but I figured I owe him that much.

I feel like I’ve been picked up and shaken, which I suppose was pretty much what Bushnell was going for.

Something to shake the world awake to the reality of what’s happening.

Something to snap us out of the brainwashed and distracted stupor of western dystopia and turn our gaze to Gaza.

Bushnell was taken to the hospital, where independent reporter Talia Jane reports that he has died.

It was about as horrific a death as a human being can experience, and it was designed to be. Shortly before his final act in this world, Bushnell posted the following message on Facebook:

“Many of us like to ask ourselves, ‘What would I do if I was alive during slavery? Or the Jim Crow South? Or apartheid? What would I do if my country was committing genocide?’ “The answer is, you’re doing it. Right now.”

UN Court clears Russia of financing terror in Ukraine, which led to Flight MH17 downing

After seven years, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague has ruled in Russia's favour over the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17. The case was brought by Ukraine, who alleged that Russia violated an anti-terrorism treaty by supporting separatists in eastern Ukraine with military aid and financing.

In its verdict, the ICJ ruled that Ukraine did not prove that Russia knew its financing would be used for the purposes of terrorism, even if its weaponry was used to shoot down the aircraft, killing innocent civilians. Russia will not have to pay damages in the case.

Again...the CIA created the "Russia did it" propaganda PR....

If you are a soldier sacrificing yourself to protect US interest, you are a rational, noble hero. But if you sacrifice yourself to protest the genocide your country is funding, you are mentally ill. If you are a Arab man auto-cremating to protest your government, you are romanticized in American newspapers. If you are an American doing the same, your news is buried or obfuscated.   There are no truths in the US. Only narratives that serve the ruling class.

Is the "west" "democratic" or is it all a show ?

Maybe this info can prevent crimes ?

Do some soldiers enjoy killing? If so, why? This question is thrust upon us by the recently released video of U.S. Apache helicopter pilots shooting a Reuters cameraman and his driver in Baghdad in 2007. Mistaking the camera of the Reuters reporter for a weapon, the pilots machine-gunned the reporter and driver and other nearby people.

The exchange reminds me of a Times story from March 2003, during the U.S. invasion of Baghdad. The reporter quotes Sgt. Eric Schrumpf, a Marine sharpshooter, saying, "We had a great day. We killed a lot of people." Noting that his troop killed an Iraqi woman standing near a militant, Schrumpf adds, "I'm sorry, but the chick was in the way."

Does the apparent satisfaction—call it the Schrumpf effect—that some soldiers take in killing stem primarily from nature or nurture? Nature, claims Richard Wrangham, an anthropologist at Harvard University and an authority on chimpanzees. Wrangham asserts that natural selection embedded in both male humans and chimpanzees—our closest genetic relatives—an innate propensity for "intergroup coalitionary killing" [pdf], in which members of one group attack members of a rival group. Male humans "enjoy the opportunity" to kill others, Wrangham says, especially if they run little risk of being killed themselves.

Several years ago, geneticists at Victoria University in New Zealand linked violent male aggression to a variant of a gene that encodes for the enzyme monoamine oxidase A, which regulates the function of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin. According to the researchers, the so-called "warrior gene" is carried by 56 percent of Maori men, who are renowned for being "fearless warriors," and only 34 percent of Caucasian males.

But studies of World War II veterans suggest that very few men are innately bellicose. The psychiatrists Roy Swank and Walter Marchand found that 98 percent of soldiers who endured 60 days of continuous combat suffered psychiatric symptoms, either temporary or permanent. The two out of 100 soldiers who seemed unscathed by prolonged combat displayed "aggressive psychopathic personalities," the psychiatrists reported. In other words, combat didn't drive these men crazy because they were crazy to begin with.

Surveys of WWII infantrymen carried out by U.S. Army Brig. Gen. S.L.A. Marshall found that only 15 to 20 percent had fired their weapons in combat, even when ordered to do so. Marshall concluded that most soldiers avoid firing at the enemy because they fear killing as well as being killed. "The average and healthy individual," Marshall contended in his postwar book Men Against Fire, "has such an inner and usually unrealized resistance towards killing a fellow man that he will not of his own volition take life if it is possible to turn away from that responsibility…At the vital point he becomes a conscientious objector."

Critics have challenged Marshall's claims, but the U.S. military took them so seriously that it revamped its training to boost firing rates in subsequent wars, according to Dave Grossman, a former U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and professor of psychology at West Point. In his 1995 book On Killing, Grossman argues that Marshall's results have been corroborated by reports from World War I, the American Civil War, the Napoleonic wars and other conflicts. "The singular lack of enthusiasm for killing one's fellow man has existed throughout military history," Grossman asserts.

The reluctance of ordinary men to kill can be overcome by intensified training, direct commands from officers, long-range weapons and propaganda that glorifies the soldier's cause and dehumanizes the enemy. "With the proper conditioning and the proper circumstances, it appears that almost anyone can and will kill," Grossman writes. Many soldiers who kill enemies in battle are initially exhilarated, Grossman says, but later they often feel profound revulsion and remorse, which may transmute into post-traumatic stress disorder and other ailments. Indeed, Grossman believes that the troubles experienced by many combat veterans are evidence of a "powerful, innate human resistance toward killing one's own species."

In other words, the Schrumpf effect is usually a product less of nature than of nurture—although "nurture" is an odd term for training that turns ordinary young men into enthusiastic killers.

The Golden Rule is the principle of treating others as one would want to be treated by them. It is sometimes called an ethics of reciprocity, meaning that you should reciprocate to others how you would like them to treat you (not necessarily how they actually treat you).

Ancient Egypt[edit]

Possibly the earliest affirmation of the maxim of reciprocity, reflecting the ancient Egyptian goddess Ma'at, appears in the story of "The Eloquent Peasant", which dates to the Middle Kingdom (c. 2040–1650 BCE): "Now this is the command: Do to the doer to make him do."[4][5] This proverb embodies the do ut des principle.[6]Late Period (c. 664–323 BCE) papyrus contains an early negative affirmation of the Golden Rule: "That which you hate to be done to you, do not do to another."[7]
