This is all fancy and stuff. I used to be a regular sort of founding member here like a year and a half ago. I haven't been here in awhile. This place is kind of scary. I have my preps and even moved them with me into my new house. I couldn't even sign in under me here now. I see none of the old peeps, I don't think I like it here anymore. I am ready, I have extensive medical knowledge in both AMA standard and holistic medical fields as well as survival skills and backwoods living (: What happened here? A bunch of wierd opportunists, perps and freaks as far as I can tell. Sorry for the sweeping generalizations but man....I know there are still good people here.   I'll just keep on keepin on...modeling with my chicken friend.

Amy Jo: Welcome back.

Keep an eye on those perps and freaks and you'll find that most of them soften and mellow after a while. Many of them go on to live normal healthy lives.

Amy Jo:  Welcome back...I sure with your skill you can add a lot to the forum...Remember that you've gotten a lot of great information here and probably some on your own...Care to share..

I have to tell you after reintroducing yourself again...Do you think your statement is called for, especially with new people entering this site everyday...I would hope the first thing new people see is not that picture or your comments..

The people here have a bond...We may not always agree but we are helping each other in so many ways.

This is not the best way to show your appreciation to Albert or the many people that give there time here to teach and to give important updates.

So please stay...Share your knowledge and thank you for any post I might have read in the past that helped me prepare.

HC

Stay or go, what ever. There are a lot of good people here and I personally think some of the most creative and caring souls tend to present as freaks. There is room for all of us here.

All the normal people are ignoring anything is going on. They live in a normal world where the only thing that can go wrong is to spill coffee on their shirt, be late for work, or have their car die on a freeway.

Those of us on here are a little bit unusual, yes, because we are the ones that take notice of the unusual. We are preparing ahead, thinking ahead and are hoping that the 10,9,8,7,6....countdown that we're getting a gut feeling about doesn't actually come to pass. Whatever disaster does strike, it's these unusual folks that will be ready (or readier than most) for it.

When this is all said and done, it'll be interesting to note how many unusual verses normal people make it through this thing intact.

Good luck, Amy Jo.

You must have me confused with someone else - someone who give a rats arse.

This place is for those who want to survive what is shaping up to be the biggest calamity in human history.

I dont know what your beef is and i dont care. Thanks for posting that pic though - if its you great - you can come over - if its not you - thats tragic.

Well, personally, I think coming back and the first thing you do is start talking trash about how bad and lowlife the people here are, and bragging about how smart you are, is not a very good way to start.

Not that it matters a whole lot, but I don't think there are any more freaks, etc than before.  There was a LOT of trouble about a year ago with one particular multi-named member, but thanks to Albert we seem to have lost him.  The freaks will continue to come (and with luck, go).

There also have been a lot of great, "quality" new members over the last year, who have really added to the forum.  It's interesting to see the newer folks (re)addressing some of the same issues some of us dealt with  previously.  It makes me think of how far I've personally come since finding this place.  I'm amazed at times that  topics I thought were already "covered to death" generate fresh new insights and new angles because of the newer members.

And certainly some of the old timers have been away for a while.  Some I wish would return; others, not so much...

Sorry, tell me again....why did you post? Why didn't you just drop in and keep going instead of stopping to insult the rest of us? If you are well prepped and all ready, well and good, but there are a lot of people who stop in here to find out what to do, and that is why we are here. There are other forums to post that type of picture to get attention. This is a bird flu forum.

Would someone please define the word "troll" for me?

And for all the perverts out there that might read that, the guy next to her is 6 foot 8 inches tall, lifts 350 lbs, and always wears a 357 magnum!
And there's another one one the other side of her a little bit that's her brother - and he's even bigger!! And meaner!!!

Hey guys, thanks for those who remember me, yes that is me (: I am happily married btw(: I didn't mean to strike a wrong chord but hadn't been here for awhile and it seems very different. I am all about surviving AND helping AND learning. Thanks! I'll check in, it seems to be getting kinda scary again (ie bird flu).

WE will all stick together. It is good that you came back and you will more than likely leave again. But hay you came back and that is what counts. This site is still the place where you can find just what is going on with bird flu. Albert has done a wonderful job and I for one Thank him . I have said it before: Where would you go if we where not here??

seriously, when I feel something is not worth my time or have a negative feeling about it, I certainly do not take the time to write a detailed note about it, I just forget it and move on ....funny!

she posts a pic of herself (presumably) dressed like a prostitute, and expects a dignifyed replie ?
firstly darling, the only thing your gonna get dressing like that is "unwanted male attention"
wake up and smell the roses.its basic human nature.
dress like a hooker:get hooker reaction.
duh...........
im offended by your daft remark.you remind me of girls i knew in kindegarten. (the kind who said they hated you, then showed you their underwear)....yep,wev'e all met one.grow up girl.....over and out.
